My coaching approach is designed for both individuals and teams who are ready to step outside traditional realms. I create a space where different ways of thinking are not just welcomed but leveraged.

My work is grounded in environments where deliberate, calibrated action matters. With a background in emergency medicine, I’ve learned that the best decisions are made from a place of trained calm, not panic.

I bring this principle into both 1:1 and team coaching, blending coaching frameworks with neuroscience to help you regulate pressure, think clearly, and act with intention when it matters most.

I use experiential learning to build self-awareness, strengthen teams and apply neuroscience in real life ways.

Coaching with me isn’t confined to a sterile office. Sessions can take place outdoors or within environments that naturally inspire reflection and creativity, on a trail, in a workshop, or somewhere you feel grounded and at ease.

Virtual sessions are also available, with all coaching tailored to meet accessibility needs, ensuring you or your team can fully engage regardless of location or circumstance.
