Coaching through uncertainty
A neuroscience-informed approach to advanced clinical practice, performance and wellbeing.
Supporting ACP’s to thrive in uncertainty and build high-performing team’s.
Learn how to turn your unique strengths and attributes into superpowers
Do you and/or your team strive for high performance but find conventional paths uninspiring? Perhaps you wrestle with imposter syndrome or feel stuck despite capability?
Everyone has the capacity to unlock their potential, whether they are adventurous, analytical, creative, or reflective. The key is learning to turn your unique strengths and attributes into superpowers, rather than confining yourself to how you think you should think, act, or perform.
Real progress begins when you embrace how you naturally operate and use it to your advantage.
Building clarity and confidence together
Meet your coach
My name is Helen. I’m a credentialed RCEM ACP and an EMCC-accredited coach. I combine my coaching expertise with my passion for sports psychology and mountain biking to deliver team and individual coaching sessions for ACP teams.
My sessions focus on strengthening relationships, improving stress tolerance, enhancing individual performance, and building awareness of what drives both personal and team A-game performance.
Experiential learning in a psychologically safe environment enables insight, growth and behaviour change
I use experiential learning to build self-awareness, strengthen teams and apply neuroscience in real life ways. We’ll explore how the brain works and what helps us perform, learn and thrive - especially in uncertainty and stress.
Together, we build clarity, confidence, and high performance in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
From improved self awareness to stronger communications. A better understanding of uncertainty creates better clinicians and in turn leads to stronger teams.
Better clinicians, stronger teams
